Classic route: approx. 100–120 km
Sprint route: approx. 50–60 km

Until when can I register?
Regular registration closes on August 9, 2026. The organizer reserves the right to close registration earlier if the participant limit is reached.
How can I change my registration details?
Corrections to the data provided during registration (excluding name changes) can be made free of charge until August 9, 2025, via the “timeto” registration portal by logging into your account (timeto.com).
I booked a DUO registration. Do I still need to register my teammate?
YES! With DUO registration, the second person is not automatically registered! After completing your own registration, your partner must finalize their own registration separately. Simply send your duo partner the registration link directly from your dashboard. Please register early to avoid last-minute stress before the race!
How do I register late?
At the race packet pickup from August 22 to August 23 (only if spots are still available!), a completed and signed late registration form must be submitted. Payment can be made in cash or by debit card. Please have your ID ready.
Which bikes are allowed?
Whether it's a road bike, mountain bike, trekking bike, or city bike – all types of bicycles are welcome at the ADAC Cycling Tour!
However, please observe the safety requirements and minimum speed limits.
Tandems are also allowed – but you must register in the dedicated tandem category.
Recumbent bikes and handbikes are also permitted. They will be categorized independently of expected speed, and special rules outlined in the participation terms apply here.
Cargo bikes and fixies are not allowed for safety reasons.
Can I participate in the ADAC Cycling Tour with a pedelec (e-bike)?
Yes, pedelecs (e-bikes) are allowed at the ADAC Cycling Tour.
However, they will not be included in the official overall ranking.
A high-quality Santini jersey worth €85 is included with every registration.
How do I receive my jersey?
You will receive your jersey along with your race materials at the race packet pickup on August 22 and 23.
Can I exchange my jersey?
If you need to exchange your jersey, please go to the info tent at the Expo Tour right after the race or contact the participant hotline in the week following the event.
To ensure that all participants receive the size they ordered, exchanges before the race are not possible. Exchanges after the event are only possible while supplies last.
Why might my size not be available at pickup?
Especially if you pick up your materials on Sunday morning, August 24, 2025, there may be shortages of certain jersey sizes.
This is because the jerseys need to be ordered several months in advance to ensure on-time delivery of such a large quantity. The total number of jerseys per size is based on forecasts, which may lead to occasional shortages.
If your ordered size is no longer available at pickup, please contact our participant support team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
