1/ Is the Health Prevention Pathway (PPS) or an FFA license mandatory?
Yes!
You are an adult:
Since 2024, the medical certificate has been replaced. You must now complete the Health Prevention Pathway (PPS) or upload your FFA license. How does the PPS work? It’s very simple!
All you have to do is visit this website.
During this online pathway, you will be made aware of various topics:
Risk situations: unusual symptoms, precautions to take depending on your age, habits that may negatively impact your health, etc.,
Recommendation to consult a doctor if risks are identified,
Reminder of the importance of learning life-saving first aid gestures,
Access to a documentation base dedicated to health-oriented sports practice.
Once your PPS is validated, you will be able to download your Health Prevention Pathway Completion Certificate in PDF format and upload it to your time to account corresponding to your race so it can be reviewed for validation.
You are a minor:
If you are a minor, you may participate, with parental authorization, in the Rando Solidaire (must be 12 or 15 years old during the year), the 13 km (must be 16 years old during the year), or the Half Marathon (must be 18 years old during the year). The Marathon is not accessible to you.
For the 13 km or the Half Marathon, you must provide one of the following documents:
If you are an FFA license holder, your license certifies that you have a valid PPS.
If you are not an FFA license holder, you must complete a health questionnaire and have it signed by your legal guardian.
If you answer YES to one or more questions, you will then need to obtain a medical certificate from a doctor.
You must then upload your document to your time to account corresponding to your race so it can be reviewed for validation.
2/ How do I upload my document and have it validated?
In order for your document to be reviewed for validation, you simply need to log in and click on « My account » (profile picture icon) then on « My events ». Under the name of the event you will click on « Upload a document ».
The file must be in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format and be less than 3 MB in size.
If it is larger than 3 MB, you will need to compress the document.
The document is correctly uploaded when it is marked as PENDING verification.
Validation will start 1 month before the event, you will receive an email informing you whether it has been approved or rejected.
If you are unable to upload it, we recommend trying from a computer by logging into your time to personal space via another web browser (Google Chrome).
Attention ! You may upload your document up to 7 days before the race.
Volunteers and partners will welcome you at the Pre-Race Village located at the Hangar 14, 115 Quai des Chartrons, 33000 Bordeaux to collect your race bib during the following times: Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
