Who can register ?
The event is open to runners born in 2008 or earlier.
How to register ?
All registrations are done on time to. Unlike many other registration sites, this one is straightforward. It takes no more than five minutes and you will immediately have confirmation of your registration. After creating your account (or after identifying yourself with your time to profile), all you need to do is fill in the form and pay (securely and online obviously).
You want to register in a team of 2 or a team of 4, it is quite simple.
First, the team leader has to tick the "Team / Duo - Leader" field and then choose a team name and a password for the team (which will be used by the teammates for their registrations).
The team leader will have to pay the full registration fee of the team.
Then to finalize the registration, each teammate must register by using its own time to account and ticking the field "Duo - teammate" or “Team of 4 – teammate”. Then the teammate will have to enter the name and the password of the team provided by his team leader to complete his registration.
ATTENTION, once registered, this is not possible to change a teammate anymore.

I don’t find my registration on timeto, what can I do?
It’s possible that you created several timeto accounts. You must check that you’re connected with the good email address to to the right timeto account.

How does the Corporate Challenge work?
The Corporate Challenge is where employees in the same company get together to represent their company at the adidas 10k Paris. Corporate Challenge is also an excellent team-building tool!

Where and when can I pick up my bib?

When will the bib numbers be communicated?
Bib numbers will be released a few weeks before the event.
Is it possible to receive my bib by post?
This option is no longer available as all quotas have been reached.
For those who have subscribed to the option, race numbers will be sent by post from mid-May.
Important :
- Make sure that your postal address provided during your registration is complete and correct.
- To receive your bib and t-shirt, your medical certificate or FFA license must be uploaded online and validated on your time to account before April 22, 9 a.m.
- By choosing to send your bib and t-shirt home, you won’t be able to change your starting area choosed during your registration.
This option is individual, if you are registered as a team, each member of your team must subscribe to this option to receive their bib and t-shirt at home.
Please note, this option has limited quotas, don't delay if you want to subscribe!
Insurances
What is the Personal Accident Insurance?
This Personal Accident Insurance is offered by the organiser's insurer so that you are correctly covered during your participation in the adidas 10k Paris 2024. It is optional but is strongly recommended.
As you may know, the vast majority of your usual insurance policies (particularly your car insurance, insurance provided automatically through your bank cards, household insurance, bank loan insurance, etc.) totally exclude any participation in sports events either on an amateur or professional basis, and therefore exclude the risks involved in your taking part in the adidas 10k Paris 2024.
It is therefore important that you check the extent of the cover provided by your normal insurance policies (and the exclusions) and, if you are not sufficiently covered or not covered at all, you should consider taking out the proposed insurance policies by clicking on the link below.
This insurance will cover you if you have an accident whilst taking part in the event, whether or not you were responsible and whether or not there is an identified responsible third party. You are only covered during the event from the time you cross the starting line until the time you cross the finishing line or you abandon the event.
It guarantees the following accidents that may occur during the event:
- in the event of death or total or partial permanent disability (due to this accident), the payment of a capital (within the limits of the purchased insurance option),
- coverage of medical costs (within the limits of the purchased insurance option), and, if necessary, repatriation.
This Individual Accident is optional but highly recommended. It can be taken out in addition to any existing insurance you may already have or if you are not already covered. You may purchase the cover from the insurer of your choice, from your federation or from Marsh, organizer’s broker, whose proposed insurance (detailed notice and application form) can be consulted and downloaded by clicking on the link below.

Can I cancel my registration?
Name changes are not allowed.
However, if you subscribed the J’aime courir PASS EVENT, you’ll benefit from cancellation insurance which will ensure that the registration fees of the holder of PASS EVENT will be refunded if they are obliged to cancel their participation in the race before it begins, for one of the reasons indicated below:
- Death, accident or illness of the insured participant,
- Death, accident or serious illness (requiring hospitalisation) of a partner, child or parent, of the insured party, which takes place up to thirty days before the event,
- Refusal of the insured party’s visa by the French authorities,
- Theft of the insured party’s identity papers 48 hours before the start of the race,
- Court summons.

Medical certificate, HPC and rules
Is the medical certificate mandatory?
Yes, without a valid medical certificate stating "no contraindication to the practice of athletics in competition" or "no contraindication to the practice of running in competition" or "no contraindication to the practice of sport in competition", dated less than one year, it will be impossible for you to run!
To avoid mistakes, we advise you to use the model of certificate put online here.
The medical certificate has to be issued by your doctor. A copy of the medical certificate will be accepted.
What is the Health Prevention Course (HPC)?
This year, you’ll be able to register to adidas 10k Paris with your medical certificate, your national track and field permit (2023/2024) or by filling the HPC (Health Prevention Course).
How does it work? It’s very easy! You must go to this website.
During this online class, you’ll be informed about :
- During risky situations : unusal feelings, precaution regarding the age, the bad habits that impact the health…
- The need to check your doctor in case of identified health risk
- The importance of being trained to life saving gestures
- The access of a documentary basis about health good practices
If your HPC is validated, you’ll be able to edit your HPC certificate in PDF format and upload it on your time to account.
This certificate is valid for 3 months. You must complete it after February 26th 2024.
Warning, from the launch of the HPC and until September 1st 2024, official date of application on all running events in France, organizers and sportive events are not supposed to apply the HPC at the same time. Each oragnizer has the choice to use the HPC or not unti this will be mandatory on all mass sport events.
How can I upload my medical certificate on my time to account ?
To do so, simply log in on your time to account and click on "My Account" - "My Events" then "Upload a document". Your document must be less than 3MB and in JPEG, PNG or PDF format. If your document exceeds 3MB, you will need to compress it before uploading it. Once your medical certificate has been successfully uploaded, it will appear as being "pending" for validation by our teams.
You have until 25 February 2024 to upload your certificate to time to.
If you are unable to upload it, we advise you to try by login to your personal time to account via another internet browser.If your medical certificate has been refused or if you didn’t upload it, you will have to print and bring it at the bib collection (it must be dated less than a year prior the date of the race and have the wording «running in competition », « athletism in competition » or « sport in competition »).
When will my medical certificate be validated on my time to account ?
The validation of medical certificates by the organization will start one month before the race. You will receive an automatic email informing you of its validation or refusal.
Can I resell my bib or transfer my registration to the next year?
The transfer, the deferment or the resell aren’t authorized because of the event regulation « Every engagment is personal, strict and definitive and can’t be subject to a refund whatever is the motive ». Furthermore « No registration transfert is authorized whatever the motive ».
I’m under 18 years old, do I need a parental permission?
It’s not mandatory because your registration on timeto must be done by a person aged of 18 years old minimum. The electronic signature of the over the age of majority person is a proof. But don’t forget, you must be aged of 16 years old the year of the race.

Start / Finish Area
Where and when does the start take place?
You must arrive in your SAS 30 minutes before the start. Timetables and location of the starting line will be communicated soon.

How can I change my SAS?
If you want to get an elite sas or preferential sas, register first in the Red sas and send us your performance proof dated from less than 2 years by email at adidas10kparis@aso.fr. We’ll change your sas by then.
You’ll be able to change your sas until 1,5 month before the start.
PRACTICAL INFO FOR THE D-DAY
What is the timing system?
All participants will be given, along with their number, an electronic chip (in the form of strips glued behind each number) which will be automatically initialized at the starting line and will serve as a control of the regularity of the race. Don’t forget to wear you bib on your chest to avoid any disqualification.
A competitor who does not use the roadway will not be classified at the finish.
Is there a possibility to eat on the course?
We want to make sure you have the strength to make it to the finish line, so of course! There will be a refreshment stations at km 5 with water and bananas and also after the finish line.
Are there luggage lockers?
You will have the possibility to deposit your bag for free in the lockers to run with a clear mind and pockets. You will be able to get it back after the race by presenting your race number.
Are there changing rooms?
No, you will not find a changing room. You will probably have to cross the streets of Paris in fluorescent clothing but, for once, it will be "classy". However, we have a locker at your disposal. You can leave your bag there (closed) and get it back after the race when you show your number.
Are there any toilets?
You will find toilets near the start and finish areas.
Are there pacemakers to help me achieve my goals?
Of course! In each starting area, pacemakers will be there to help you meet your goals. Just like cabaret dancers, they are easy to spot: they will be wearing streamers in the colours of your starting area!
Who will help me if I get lost on the big day?
Hundreds of cheerful, helpful volunteers will be available throughout the event. In particular, you can find them when you pick up your race bib, at the refreshment stations, throughout the race and at the finish line. They are there for you, so even if you are totally concentrated on your time and your stride, be nice back to them, give them a smile and thank them for their encouragement with a nod.
SAS Poussettes by Thule
Who can register in the Sas poussette by Thule?
A child’s legal guardian aged 16 during the year of the race (born in 2008 or before) can register with a child aged between 6 months and 4 years.
How to register?
All registrations are done on time to (link). It will take 5 minutes. You will be able to enter your personal information and the name, first name and date of birth of your child.
Once your registration is done, you will receive two emails, one confirming your registration for the race, the other confirming that your payment has been taken into account.
In addition, a tab with the name of the event will appear on your personal time to page, as well as monitoring of your registrations on this same page.
Is it possible to start in the sas poussette by Thule with a classic stroller?
For safety reasons, the departure of the Sas poussette by Thule is reserved for strollers suitable for running.
Thule will lend to the runners register in the Sas poussette by Thule a stroller suitable for running.
You can take the start with your own stroller if it has following characteristics:
- Fixed front wheel or possibility of blocking the front wheel
- Stroller with suspension and/or inner tube tires
- Mandatory 5-point harness
- Wrist strap and/or hand brake for speed control while running
When will the Sas poussette by Thule starts on race day?
For security reasons, the sas poussette by Thulas will starts after the last starting area (Black starting area).
Is it possible to accompany a runner and his child in the sas poussette by Thule?
No, the start in the sas poussette by Thule is reserved for runners with their child in a stroller only.
Are there any safety rules for my child in the stroller?
Yes, the child must wear a wristbrand given during the bib collection with their first and last name and a contact in case of emergency. He must also wear a helmet.
After the race
Is there a post race village?
The adidas 10K Paris is not only a race but also an entire day of party, fun and sport!
The Village will have festival vibes and you’ll enjoy many activities after your effort. Come with your mate to celebrate!
Information about the activities and the localisation of the village will be given soon.
When and where can I check out my results?
Your results will be available on adidas 10k Paris web site and on time to on Sunday afternoon. You’ll be able to download your certificate on this website too and you’ll find the pictures of the race.
Are there rankings?
INDIVIDUAL:
- An individual classification in which all runners will be included
CORPORATE CHALLENGE :
- A ranking per team based on the number of kilometres run.
- Ranking based on average performance of the whole team's time.
- Ranking based on women presence on the race.
Where can I check my photos?
Your pictures will be available on Marathon-photos.
When I will get my medal customization?
The medal customization will be sent through mail directly at your home (at the address given when you registered). You’ll probably receive it 3 or 4 weeks after the event.
