WEST HAVEN is an impressive private development with red-brick driveways and palm tree-lined boulevards. Located just off Exit 58 of Interstate-4, giving easy access to airports, both coasts and all major attractions, this is easily ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS AROUND!. An excellent choice of golf courses, shopping malls and Outlet stores are all just a short drive. The prestigious Champions Gate and Reunion Golf resorts, with shops, restaurants and supermarket, are just 3-minutes away. The villas on "THE ABBEY" are all individual pool homes developed by a private builder and have been completed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. This community featured on the UK’s TV programme “I WANT THAT HOUSE”. The accommodation comprises of 2 Master bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, 2 twin bedrooms with a 3rd shared bathroom. The living room is the central point of the villa with a spacious open plan aspect and cathedral ceiling. It has a large cable TV entertainment centre, relaxing sofas, armchairs and coffee tables. Sliding glass doors lead onto the pool deck. A separate dining area with large table seating up to 8 people provides delightful views over wetlands. Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook with table & chairs to seat 4 people. A washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board are provided in the separate laundry room. 3 Cable TVs, DVD, VCR and CD players as well as a library of DVDs, books and family games for guests. It is a great location for easy access to all of Florida\'s attractions - entertainment, sporting, or nature. The Gulf or Atlantic coasts are about an hour away.
