The river abounds in salmon from spring to late fall & trout year round. It is surrounded by mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, & old growth forests. Bald eagles hummingbirds & numerous other birds can be spotted daily flying overhead. Wandering wildlife- deer, raccon, martin & bear are commonly sighted.
